Do not automate the access form, probe for non-public endpoints, or use this site to proxy government GIS servers.
When you have API access
- Use data within the licence on that market’s coverage row and the API terms we send you.
- Do not treat an open GIS download as a right to resell a competing nationwide file.
- Do not use the API for skip-tracing, stalking, or unlawful discrimination.
- Do not present PlatMint output as an MLS listing, appraisal, or title commitment.
We will refuse or revoke access
If use looks like bulk redistribution beyond the licence, credential sharing, or scraping our edge to reconstruct a source we are not allowed to ship.
